I like to joke how my path was slightly unconventional. I grew up in Idaho surrounded by wide-open spaces and a tight-knit community, which probably explains why I’m drawn to stories that feel honest and human. College took me from playing baseball to living out of my 4runner in Santa Barbara before eventually finishing my media degree at Boise State. After graduation, I headed to Austin to sharpen my skills as a DP and chase bigger productions. That’s where I met Keegan and the rest kind of wrote itself.

Born at the age of zero, I’ve wanted to be a filmmaker my entire life. To me, it’s just the coolest job on the planet. I grew up making short films, went to film school (hook ‘em Horns!), and eventually worked my way onto the sets of major movies and TV shows. Seeing every part of the pipeline taught me how to make a project successful at every level. I feel so grateful to do what I love everyday. I can’t imagine a better job than getting to tell stories!
